Emily Cheadle

I have been working with geographic information systems since 2004. I have a BS in Natural Resource Studies from the University of Massachusetts and a Geographic Information Systems certificate from Penn State. Below are links to some of the projects I have completed in the following areas of GIS.

One of the best ways to analyze geographic information is through the use of thematic maps
Decision Support & Analysis
Geographic Information systems (GIS) can be use do enable decision making that involves spatial parameters. Geographic Information Systems perform a variety of functions that suit the needs of GIS users and their clients.
Database Design
Geopgraphic Information Systems often rely on relationsl databases to store and manage data efficiently.
Remote Sensing
Remote sensing can capture geographic information over large areas and in places that are otherwise inaccessable.
